The Lendly loan is an installment loan in amounts up to $2,000. For the typical loan, the annual percentage rate (APR) is approximately 225%.

Florida loans are subject to a Documentary Stamp Tax. The tax amount is not included in the above quoted APR range. The amount of this tax, which is 35 cents per $100 or portion thereof (or $3.85 for a $1,000 loan), will be added to your loan amount if your loan application is approved and funded.

This means that when you open an account, you will be asked for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow you to be identified.
