If you feel as though you entered information incorrectly on your application, you may reapply at Lendly.com. Lendly utilizes third-party services for validating information on your application. If the denial was a result of one of these services, you may contact that vendor to discuss information you feel was reported incorrectly. Detailed denial information will be provided in your Notice of Adverse Action which can be found in yout customer portal on Lendly.com/login.

I haven't established credit yet. Can I still apply?

Yes. A lack of established credit will not necessarily disqualify you from getting a Lendly product.

How does applying for a Lendly product affect my credit?

Complete our prequalification process to check for an offer without impacting your credit score. Once you select your offer and continue with your application, your credit will be pulled from a credit reporting agency. A credit inquiry will appear in your credit history, which will impact your credit score.

Yes. Your employment history and income will be reviewed, and third-party services will be used to verify the information you provided in your application. Inaccurate information in your application might disqualify you from getting a Lendly product.

Do you consider household income when reviewing applications?

When are my payments due?

You will receive a statement 14 days before your due date. In most cases, payments are due on your pay date. The only exceptions are those who are paid weekly. Weekly-paid customers will make payments biweekly. Those paid semi-monthly will make payments monthly. You can view your statement at any time in your customer portal at Lendly.com/login.

How long will my line stay open?

Your line of credit with CC Flow is an open-end lending product that allows you to borrow funds from your available credit. This means active lines of credit will remain open indefinitely.

Are line of credit increases available?

CC Flow will periodically review open accounts and provide line of credit increases. If your account receives an increase, we will email you letting you know the good news.

How do I close a line of credit?

To close your line of credit, you can contact our customer success team at 1-888-8LENDLY (1-888-853-6359). Your line of credit must be paid in full in order to close it.

What is the difference between a loan and a line of credit?

What is a line of credit?

A line of credit, or credit line, is a preset amount of money that a bank has agreed to lend you. The line is open-ended with no set term or timeframe, you're free to take cash advances as you need them, up to your available credit limit, as long as you're making on-time payments.

How do I request a cash advance?

To take a cash advance from your line of credit with CC Flow, log in to your customer portal at Lendly.com/login. Select your line of credit and input your cash advance amount and select how you would like the money deposited.

In which states are lines of credit available?

The Lendly line of credit with CC Flow is currently offered in Hawaii, Kansas, and Ohio. If you don’t see your state, check back periodically, as additional states are always being added.

After I request a cash advance, how soon will I receive the funds?

If you choose to receive your cash advance on your debit card, you can expect to receive your advance in as fast as 1 hour. If you choose to get your cash advance deposited into your bank account, you will see it in as fast as 24 hours but could take up to 3 days depending on your bank's processing time after the funds are sent.

What line amounts are available?

At origination, lines are available up to $1,500 based on a number of factors including income and credit quality. Overtime, with positive payment behavior lines can go as high as $5,000.
