In all states where Lendly loans and Lendly lines of credit are provided by a lending bank, the lending bank maintains the critical control of the loan origination, underwriting approvals, regulatory, and compliance oversight management. Lendly is an authorized servicer of the lending partner bank. This means you will maintain your loan or line of credit account through Lendly.

Florida loans are subject to a Documentary Stamp Tax. The amount of this tax, which is 35 cents per $100 or a portion thereof, will be added to your Lendly loan if your application is approved and funded.

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This means that when you open an account, you will be asked for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow you to be identified. Your driver's license and other identifying documents may also be required.
